The site

dacip.dev is an informational site for DACIP, a software product operated by Spectral Automata. Content on this site — including validation results and comparisons — is provided in good faith and believed accurate at publication; corrections are welcome at the address above. All content, the DACIP name, logo, and software are the property of the operator; no license to the software is granted by browsing this site.

The beta

Early access to DACIP is provided under a separate beta agreement presented at invitation. Until then: DACIP is pre-release software, provided "as is", without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Analysis results are aids to review, not a guarantee of software correctness — findings are evidence-gated but coverage is explicitly partial, and the absence of findings never certifies the absence of defects.

Acceptable use

Do not attempt to disrupt the site or the waitlist endpoint, submit addresses you do not control, or misrepresent DACIP's output as certification.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this site or pre-release software.
