Short version: this site collects your email address if you join the waitlist, and nothing else. There are no analytics, no ads, no tracking cookies, and no third-party scripts on this site.

What we collect and why

Waitlist signups. If you submit the early-access form we store your email address, the time of signup, and your browser's user-agent string. This is used for exactly one purpose: contacting you about DACIP's beta and launch. It is never sold, shared, or used for advertising.

Server logs. The site is served by Cloudflare, which processes standard request metadata (IP address, request path) to deliver and protect the site, as any host does.

Where it lives

Waitlist entries are stored in Cloudflare Workers KV under our account; Cloudflare, Inc. acts as the hosting processor. No other third party receives your data.

Retention and your rights

Waitlist data is kept until the beta invitation is sent or until you ask us to remove it, whichever comes first. To have your entry deleted — or to ask what we hold about you — email [email protected] from the address in question; we action requests within 30 days. If you are in the EU/EEA or UK, you additionally have the rights of access, rectification, erasure, and complaint to your supervisory authority under the GDPR.

The product (for beta users)

When the DACIP GitHub App analyzes a repository: the clone exists only for the duration of the analysis job and is wiped when the job ends; no source code is persisted and no language model ever receives it. What we retain are content-derived finding fingerprints and coverage metadata — enough to keep one PR comment up to date and to track finding lifecycle, never the code itself. A full data-processing description ships with the beta agreement.

Changes

If this policy changes materially, waitlist members will be told in the same email that invites them — we will not silently repurpose your address.
